The Commons at Royal Bay is a 76,640 SF mixed-use commercial retail centre anchored by Quality Foods, Pure Pharmacy, and Cascadia Liquor. When completed in 2023, this new retail village will be the centre of the community and will service 2,500 new homes comprised of single-family homes, townhouses, apartments, and condominiums.
